Kaan U. Karaaslan is a director, cinematographer, and creative director working in the field of visual and sonic storytelling. A graduate of Istanbul Aydın University’s New Media and Communication department, Karaaslan works across cinematography, sound design, and storytelling, producing music videos, fashion films, commercials, and art projects. His directing work includes a film that placed first in the Vancouver Film School admissions selection. He currently serves as Digital Director at Ruzy People and Ruzy Gallery, where he oversees creative processes related to the digital presentation of artists’ works and contributes to shaping their visual narratives in the digital space.

Umut Zeynep Akyüz studied Interior Architecture and Environmental Design and Art and Cultural Management at Istanbul Kültür University. She graduated first in her department from the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design program. Continuing her interdisciplinary practice within the contemporary art field, Akyüz works at Ruzy Gallery across artist relations, exhibition and art fair coordination, collection management, and gallery operations. Drawing on her background in interior architecture and art management, she brings together a spatial perspective and an understanding of artistic practices, contributing to the development of relationships between artworks, artists, collectors, and exhibition spaces.

Esra Çevik was born in 1977 in Istanbul.After graduating from Boğaziçi University, he worked in the financial sector for a while.He has collected contemporary works of art for years.His interest in art and his desire to learn art directed Esra to establish the Ruzy Art Gallery.

Polina Somochkina (born in 1988 in Lviv, Ukraine) is an art consultant, artist, curator, and art restor and has a master's degree in art restoration.He is the founder of the International Artist's host program The Istanbul Artist Residence.It has implemented a series of cultural diplomacy projects in cooperation with the Consulate General of the Ukraine, Poland and the United Kingdom in Istanbul.In 2015, he was awarded the Gaude Polonia diploma by the Minister of Polish Culture.
